What the tasting includes

A tasting at Carpate Diem is more than just a wine tasting. It’s a guided experience right at the winery, during which you’ll get to know our wines, the premises, and the process behind their creation.

• a tasting of 4 or 8 samples of our organic and low-histamine wines
• a tour of the winery
• an introduction to the wines, grape varieties, and winemaking process
• a pleasant get-together at the winery
• a small snack to accompany the wine
• the opportunity to purchase wines on-site

How a Wine Tasting Works

1. Welcome to the Winery
   Upon your arrival, we will welcome you right at the winery in Šenkvice and briefly explain how the tasting will proceed.
2. Winery Tour
   The tasting begins with a brief tour of the premises, during which we’ll take you behind the scenes of our production process and explain how our wines are made.
3. Wine Tasting
   Next, we’ll guide you through a tasting of selected wines from our current selection. You’ll learn more about the grape varieties, the character of the wines, and our approach to producing organic and low-histamine wines.
4. Option to purchase wine
   After the tasting, you can purchase the wines right there and take home the ones you liked best.

Practical Information

• Minimum number of people: 2
• Maximum tasting capacity: 50 people
• Venue: Carpate Diem Winery, Nádražná 55, Šenkvice
• After the tasting, you can purchase wines on-site
• On weekdays, we recommend letting us know of your arrival at least 1 hour in advance
• On weekends and holidays, a reservation for the tasting is required
