SET – LOW HISTAMINE WINES

Do you enjoy a glass of wine but also keep an eye on your histamine intake? We have put together this set of six wines with a very low histamine content.

When producing our low-histamine wines, we pay particular attention to the quality and rapid processing of the grapes, strict hygiene in the cellar, and controlled fermentation. Wines that we label as low-histamine are subsequently tested by a certified laboratory. Selected wines achieve a histamine level of below 0.10 mg/l.

The set is not built around this one characteristic alone. It offers a varied selection ranging from fresh white wines and aromatic Tramín to two rosés and a classic Frankovka modrá.

The set includes:

Veltlínske zelené 2025 BIO – a dry, fresh and juicy wine with notes of green apple, citrus and subtle white pepper.
Müller Thurgau 2025 BIO – a light, dry wine with fruity and floral aromas.
Tramín červený 2025 BIO – a dry, intensely aromatic wine with notes of rose petals, exotic fruit and subtle spice.
Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2025 – a semi-dry rosé with notes of strawberries and cherries.
Hron Rosé 2025 BIO – a dry, fresh rosé with notes of strawberries, raspberries and red fruit.
Frankovka modrá 2024 – a dry red wine with notes of sour cherries, blackcurrants and subtle spice.
